Before you ask a question, see "Archive of completed references".
Perhaps there you will find a ready answer. To ask a question, you should fill in a special form.
If your form contains several questions, the librarian will answer only one of them.
YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ANSWER?
We will try give the answer to your question as soon as possible. It all depends on the complexity of the question. You will receive the information on the activities of the library or on the availability of a publication in the library collection during the same day. Thematic request might require a longer search so you will receive the answer within 2-3 days.
Please, note that we are working on your questions from Monday to Thursday during the Library working hours. We will try give answers to questions received on weekends or holidays on Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
